The AMC Performance Company Sponsorship Program offers an inclusive and innovative way for businesses to support the arts while gaining valuable exposure. This program is designed to ensure that businesses of all sizes, including small businesses, can contribute to our theatrical productions and receive meaningful benefits. Instead of predetermined sponsorship tiers, benefits are awarded relative to the contributions of other sponsors for each specific event. This approach ensures that every sponsor, regardless of the amount contributed, has a chance to make an impact.

How It Works

1. Sponsorship Bid Submission:

   • Businesses submit their sponsorship bids via our online form by the specified deadline for each event.

   • Bids should include the contribution amount and the sponsor’s business details (name, website, logo, etc.).

2. Evaluation and Ranking:

   • After the deadline, all bids are ranked from highest to lowest contribution amounts.

   • Sponsors are then categorized into three levels: Top Contributor, Intermediate Contributor, and Base Contributor.

3. Benefit Allocation:

   • Benefits are assigned based on the sponsor’s ranking relative to others. The top-ranked sponsor for the event will receive the Top Contributor benefits, followed by Intermediate and Base Contributors as described below.
